The Shocking Reason Why You Should Use ChatGPT Before Signing Any Contract!

You need to know about this.

Hey guys,

This is really disturbing, and I just had to share it with you guys.

You know how everything today has massive “terms and conditions” attached to it, from your new phone and software to credit card terms and rental agreements?

Have you ever read the fine print? If you’re like most people, the answer is probably no. We’ve been ignoring the fine print for decades, and there haven’t ever been any issues, right?

Surely, no company would sneak in horrible terms there that would end up affecting your life.

Jeffrey Piccolo’s wife tragically died due to an allergic reaction at a Disney restaurant in Oct of 2023 - he decided to sue Disney. The company’s lawyers claimed he wasn’t allowed to sue Disney because he signed up for a Disney Plus trial four years prior, in 2019!

The ridiculous fine print

Buried in the terms and conditions of Disney+, which Jeffrey agreed to when signing up for his free trial —is a clause stating that “any dispute” between the subscriber and Disney must be resolved through arbitration.

Disney is using this clause to argue that the wrongful death claim should be thrown out - and they're not the only ones who do this.

These situations raise some terrifying questions. Just how evil are the terms and conditions we agree to online?

One in seven health insurance claims get rejected

Health insurance rejections are like trying to navigate a maze with a blindfold on—confusing, frustrating, and endless, and they happen a lot.

With the slogan “Make Your Health Insurance Company Cry Too,” a company called Fight Health Insurance allows users to scan their denial letters and receive automatically generated appeal letters using ChatGPT.

A recent study showed that patients appeal only around 0.1% of rejected claims, But most denials can be successfully overturned.

According to Dr. Harley Schultz, a patient advocate in the Bay Area, the insurance industry’s “dirty secret” is that they’re banking on you, not fighting back. “The process is designed to be cumbersome, confusing, and arcane,” he explains.

The point

Okay, so the reason I went through all that is to stress to you that we now have ways to make sure we read every terms and conditions page we sign, streaming services, credit card or lease agreements, health insurance coverage, everything.

For example, Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, in their terms and conditions, says that they have the right to use your data, things you post on these platforms, pictures, posts, status updates - to train their AI - are you ready to have everything you’ve ever said be part of the AI training data to be potentially accessed by anyone? What’s more, they do not have an opt-out feature, so you have no choice in the matter.

Meta started doing this in the UK in June 2024.

So next time, just upload the terms and conditions you’re asked to sign, send it to ChatGPT, and ask for potential red flags. It’ll only take a couple of minutes, and it will save you time, money, and heartache in the future.

This will protect you so that when the big companies try to screw you over, and they will, you’ll be prepared.

The diagram below will give you some ideas to get started with.
